Matthew Evans, currently at Bishop & Light, has accepted the post of Managing Solicitor at PAS. Matthew is a solicitor specialising in prison law, mental health law and community care law.He will be starting in the post in March 2008 and will be responsible for managing PAS's contract with the Legal Services Commission along with the overall management of the organisation.
