In a bold new move, PAS is extending the opening hours of our Advice Line.

From Tuesday 3 September, prisoners will be able to call the Advice Line to speak with a Caseworker on a Tuesday evening between 16:30 and 19:00.

This is a pilot project to gauge whether there is demand for an evening service.

Our existing, daytime, hours of 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 16:30 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday will remain the same.
