Information sheets and other legal information
Our remit is to offer free legal advice and information to prisoners throughout England and Wales regarding their rights, conditions of imprisonment and the application of the Prison Rules. As part of this, we have made available downloadable information sheets and resources on our website. We strive to keep this information up to date and accurate to the best of our ability. However, we are a small charity with limited resources and from time to time there will be a delay in updating these materials.
Therefore, PAS accepts no responsibility or liability for any information (downloadable or otherwise) available on our website that turns out to be inaccurate or out of date.
