PAS publishes a Prisoners’ Legal Rights Bulletin three times a year. The bulletin, distributed to subscribers, is full of information about new legislation and cases. It contains a list of new Prison Service Instructions and Orders, and commentary on cases that have gone before the ombudsman.

Subscribers to the PLRB include solicitors, barristers, academic organisations, journalists, prison libraries and prisoners.
