PAS Welcomes New Caseworker
PAS is delighted to announce the appointment of a new legal Caseworker role at the charity. Debobroto Dey will start at PAS in April. He is a qualified solicitor with over twenty years’ experience in prison law, specialising in parole hearings, adjudications, minimum tariff review, sentence calculation and judicial reviews. More recently, he has had experience of working as a Home Office Legal Advisor, within their Managed Migration Department and as a Criminal Defence Solicitor. He has always had a keen interest in advocating on behalf of those who are marginalised in society and in the past has volunteered with organisations such as Action for Racial Justice in Newcastle and Newham Monitoring Project. Debo is looking forward to utilising all the skills and experience he has gained in working for PAS.
